Oil Converter

Team Project:
Oil Converter aims to help make the process of purchasing oil less steps for consumers using a different currency since oil is bought in petrodollars, U.S. dollars paid to an oil-exporting country.

This was my first project in which I built with a team of students I had no prior experience with. After learning about many different python libraries and frameworks, my team and I were able to use our new knowledge to create a website that displays the current price of oil, an option for them to convert the price to their chosen currency, and a chart that shows how the price has fluctuated.

This was the first project in which I had used git for version control and contribute as a team, unlike what we did at CalHacks.
